Intermittency
and universality in compressible turbulence

Abstract:
In this talk I will discuss
some new three dimensional numerical simulations
performed on weakly incompressible fluid at very high numerical resolutions
(1856**3) The
numerical scheme is formally inviscid although subgrid
scale dissipation is acting for numerical purpose. Two main topics are
discussed: universality of anomalous exponents with respect to the
Navier-Stokes case; intermittency and statistical
properties of density and
entropy fluctuations.
